Sorry to say but at present there is no promotion for the classifieds themes which is mentioned here, I also checked your link and tried to find if there is any deal available but that is also not there.
I would recommend you to buy a theme from DailyWP as it has more features compare to the one listed here if you have already decided to go or else you can wait for some deal to come.
